Christian Men’s Fellowship
Christian Men’s Fellowship (CMF) is the name given to the body within our church responsible for putting on activities which call men together in faith and community with each other.
The CMF of First Christian Church in Pekin, Illinois, has proudly supported the Boy Scouts of America local Troop #65 for over 65 years. CMF, in cooperation with Troop #65, hosts an annual chili supper in November. Proceeds from this event are shared by CMF and the troop.
CMF have begun sponsoring Venture Scouts, a Boy Scout-affiliated organization open to young men and women ages 14 (or 13 and have completed the eighth grade)-21 who are looking for adventure.
Our men’s group also sponsors the church softball team which plays at the Pekin Park from April to July and is open to everyone over the age of 15.
